Shipping to the US

When will it get to me?

Most orders arrive in 5 to 10 work days. We pack your order in 1 to 3 work days. Then it takes 4 to 7 work days to get to you. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Any extra fees?

No. We pay the import fees. Nothing to pay at your door.

Lost or late?

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, or your order isn't there after 15 work days, email support@evenstepcare.com. We'll send a new one or give you your money back.

Please check your address at checkout. Need to change it? Email us within 12 hours of ordering.
