Refunds: our 90-day promise

Feel better, or it's free

Try your Evenstep for up to 90 days after it arrives. If your feet don't feel better, email support@evenstepcare.com with your order number. We'll give you all your money back. You don't send it back. Keep it, or give it to a friend.

How refunds work

• One refund per person, per product.
• Your money goes back to your card or PayPal. It shows up in 5 to 10 work days.
• We refund your shipping too.

Broken or wrong item

If your order shows up broken or wrong, email us a photo within 30 days. We'll send a new one or give you your money back. Your choice. No need to send it back.

Changed your mind?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel it before it ships. Once it ships, the 90-day promise still covers you.
